3. Visitors: Guests are welcome to attend all meetings, but can not participate in the business portion.
4. Juniors must be supervised by a magician. Please let the executive know in advance
5. Lectures: We will keep you updated on all possible lectures.
6. You are welcome to attend any executive meeting. We’ll keep you posted when meetings are planned.
7. Associate Members: please speak with an executive member (Glenn, Chris P., or John) for details about your initiation show.
8. Membership Fees: Adults: $30.00 Students $20.00 (payable to Glenn Brown)
9. Catering Subsidy: $25.00 (provide subsidy)

Meetings: Attendance: 2 points Performing: 4 points Followed theme: 4 points Catering: 5 points Ring Reports: 10 points
Mini-Lectures: 10 points (in addition to participation, performing, following theme)
Teach-A-Trick: 5 points (in addition to participation, performing, following theme)
Club Charity Shows (ex: Rehab): 15 points
Banquet: Pre-production: 10 points Production: 10 points Post-production: 10points Ticket sales: 2 points per ticket
Miscellaneous: At the executives discretion, points will be assigned based on the contribution and will be announced immediately as situations occur.
Information based on member
contribution and the above point system will be used to create a nomination
list. Members will vote after the May
meeting to determine the Member of the Year.
In the past, “Monkey Survey” – a free on-line program was used.
